How do I help you?

As your psychotherapist/counsellor I seek to build a safe relationship with you and give you space in which you can talk freely, express your emotions, feel heard, understood and valued. I use my personal qualities, therapy models and skills to help you. Together we work through emerging themes as you talk about what’s on your mind; bringing insight, new perspectives and opportunities for making new choices. The aim is for you to live your life more fully and freely. It is a process where I help you find your own solutions to the issues, known and unknown, which brought you to see me.
